What we collect
When you submit a form on this site — the market report request or the contact form — we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and the business details you choose to share (company, phone, location, property type, timeline, and notes). Forms also record standard campaign parameters (UTM tags) if you arrived from a marketing link, so we know which outreach worked.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry: preparing the market report you asked for, or contacting you about your commercial real estate needs. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that deliver our forms and email.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure page views and form activity. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's privacy policy. We use this data in aggregate to understand how visitors use the site.
If you request the market report, we'll email it to you. Marketing emails we send include an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests. We do not add you to a mailing list just because you contacted us.
Retention and access
